Questions, answered
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can move to any plan whenever you like. Paying for a new plan extends your active period by a month and switches you to that plan immediately.
Do plans renew automatically?
They can. Turn on auto-renewal from Billing and we charge your UPI Autopay mandate or card on the last day of each month — you can cancel anytime and keep the rest of your paid month. Or stay on manual renewal and pay month by month; your choice.
What does a "batch" count against?
One batch is one harvest lot you register — it gets a QR label, a public trace page and photo uploads. Your plan sets how many you can register per month. Everything you have already registered stays online forever, even if your plan expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking — through our payment gateway. Every payment gets a GST invoice by email.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely! You can export all your data in CSV or Excel format at any time. Your data belongs to you.
