Cookie Policy

1. The Short Version

IndiTrace keeps cookies and local storage to a minimum. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only storage we set is what the platform needs to sign you in and remember your preferences, plus what loads when you choose to interact with an embedded third-party tool (such as booking a call).

2. What Cookies and Local Storage Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Modern web apps also use local storage, a similar browser feature that holds small amounts of data on your device. On this site, most of what we store lives in local storage rather than cookies, but the idea is the same: your browser remembers something between visits so you don't have to re-enter it.

3. What We Actually Use

Sign-in tokens (strictly necessary)

When you log in, we store short-lived access and refresh tokens in your browser's local storage. They keep you signed in securely and are removed when you log out. Without them, the app cannot keep you authenticated.

Security cookies (strictly necessary)

Where our infrastructure or forms use cookies to prevent cross-site request forgery or abuse (for example CSRF protection), those cookies are necessary for the site to function securely.

Preference storage (functional)

Small items such as dismissed notices or UI preferences (for example theme or map-layer choices) may be remembered on your device so the app looks and behaves the way you left it.

Embedded third-party tools

Some pages embed a Calendly booking widget so you can schedule a call with us, and our payment pages are hosted by our payment gateway (Cashfree) at checkout. These third parties may set their own cookies when they load or when you interact with them, governed by their own privacy policies. They do not track you across the rest of our site.

What we don't use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies (no Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or similar);
• No third-party analytics cookies such as Google Analytics;
• No cross-site tracking of any kind;
• No "accept all cookies" wall — because nothing non-essential is set, there is nothing to consent-wall.

4. How to Control This

You can clear cookies and local storage, or block them per site, from any browser. Logging out of IndiTrace removes your sign-in tokens. Blocking necessary storage will sign you out and may break form submission or checkout.
